These Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to the sale and supply of products by INDORA HOME APPLIANCES PVT LTD (“INDORA”) to customers, dealers, distributors, retailers, institutions, businesses and other purchasers, subject to the applicable nature of the transaction.
